跳著讀完的，基本上並不是告訴你怎麼進行敏捷測試，而是教你注重在嚮敏捷轉變的過程中，QA的位置在哪裏，怎麼和團隊溝通。QA在敏捷裏要成功需要比原來更強勢的地位，初級員工是做不瞭QA的，因為他沒有辦法挑戰senior member，master和leader需要給予QA更大的支持纔行，沒有尚方寶劍的話，QA在敏捷裏的位置會變得十分尷尬。
