<p>Dear Reader, I m so happy to see Jake s Christmas in print again, since it s always been one of my favorite books that I ve written for Silhouette. Of course, a lot of that could be because Christrflas is my very favorite holiday. So much so that we celebrate it for more than a month at my house. The tree goes up the first weekend in December (sometimes as early as the weekend after Thanksgiving), and stays up until the week after New Year s Day. We have hundreds of ornaments spanning decades that we ve collected in our travels, and they all find their way onto that tree. Somehow. Then we thoroughly study all of our holiday recipe books for the most luscious cookies and the most savory wassail. Everything just feels so warm and cozy this time of year, because I think Christmas brings out the best in all of us. It s a lesson Jake Raglan hasn t quite lea)ned yet, but Rebecca Bellamy is about to teach it to him. In spades. She ll teach him the true meaning of Christmas if it s the last thing she does.
