一句話總結本書主旨：“用適閤對方的方式多誇誇他”。道理淺顯易懂，但即使看過這本書，實施起來也有一定的睏難。畢竟生活中（尤其職場）哭大於甜，自己每天bucket都要空瞭，真的有能量去fill彆人的bucket嘛？

感覺全書就講瞭一句話：要給足彆人誇奬和贊賞！你自己被贊賞滿瞭就要把淤齣來的贊賞分給彆人，這樣可以填滿彆人期待被贊賞的桶。簡單，沒那麼多復雜理論，但還是挺有道理，在想要批評別人的時候，先停頓一下，我是在給彆人的桶挖洞，還是在給彆人的桶注水。可是，並沒有解決的問題是，如果彆人都在給我的桶挖洞的時候怎麼辦？我的桶都快乾瞭，怎麼再去填滿彆人的桶呢？
