这是一本写爱的小说，写得很纯粹。 丁问渔让我想起了陆焉识，一样的语言天才，一样的幡然悔悟。不过叶兆言的处理要比严歌苓高明很多，陆焉识的回归更像是落魄者对往昔的追忆，不能不怀疑他对婉喻的爱是历经磨难后的错觉。丁问渔就不同了，他对雨媛的爱就只是爱，与其说他爱雨媛...

虽然作者一直在用各种元素和手法强调1937年这个时代背景，不过怎么看也不像。。。 也许他追求的就是这个效果。。。

一路跟着丁问渔走来，对于他内心的思想感同身受。预感中他会得到他想要的。 他最终获得了心爱雨媛的心，虽然他死了，但对于唯一的爱情追求来说似乎已经很好了，也许他的遗憾是不知道雨媛到底有没有安全撤离。 作者在写到丁问渔死的时候是多么平静，就那么一颗子弹，却让我经爱...
