This wonderful book is a mix of pure escapism and the very best practical advice on everything from design and planning to useful contacts. Like all Sally Coulthard's books it is beautifully written. It's also packed full of pictures of every kind of shed and "nearly shed" you can imagine from the cosy country style used as a second sitting room to the contemporary office cum guest accommodation nestled at the bottom of the garden. There's even a converted gypsy caravan to drool over. Even if you can't afford a shed, even if you haven't got a garden, you must buy this book because we'd all love a den and we can all dream."
