Plan tells specifically what certain indi-

plished and what others are doing now to
change ideas and behavior. The heart of
the book is Dr. Peter s projection of his
imaginary Excelsior City in 1990, told in
terms of the people and the programs that
saved it from the edge of the abyss.
Illustrated with seventy-four original
drawings by Walter Griba, this book uses
quotes effectively to reinforce the thoughts
that are presented. It completes the trilogy
that began with The Peter Principle and
continued with The Peter Prescription.
