Once Stargirl decided that she just liked Perry as a friend, my childish jealousy was gone. Again I could appreciate what is really beautiful about this book. I like books about small town. But even if the story did happen in a small town, sometimes it didn't feel like it. You need something like a symbol, only much more than that. As for this book
