Jon Connell is a senior journalist on the Sunday Time of London, having previously been that newspaper's Washington correspondent and its defence correspondent. Born in 1952, he was educated at Gordonstoun and St Andrews University. His first book FRAUD won the Silver Dagger Award for crime non-fiction in 1979.
