This book offers 30 recipes for every type of guacamole you could imagine. It starts simply enough: avocado, lime, salt, then quickly goes crazy with recipes with jalapenos, mango, pineapple, black beans and even feta cheese. How about Asian Guac with rice vinegar and wasabi? In addition to the recipes, this book is all about the Guac-Off - the ultimate competition to see who can make the best guacamole. Contained within this small volume is the "Code of Guacamole Fighting" (patterned after Sun Tzu's Art of War, of course), which will give you the tools you need to hold the Guac-off from writing invitations to providing the spoils of war (a very nice bottle of tequila). Once the winning guacamole is chosen, the rest of the guests can dig in (the first guacamole to be completely eaten gets the People's Choice award). There are also recipes for margaritas, sangria, and homemade chips to round out the party.
