this book isn t as exciting as the new movies, but it is very entertaining. i bought this when it first came out in 1989 and i still love it. they are light entertaining stories that kids can enjoy as well as adults. its not meant to be a dark journey to the soul of batman and underbelly of gotham. if you just enjoy batman in all the different ways people portray him, you will probably like this book. subway jack and daddys girl are my favorites.
