Makoto Mizuhara is the target of the wrath of the former student-council president, when he suddenly plunges into the ruins of an ancient temple and is transported--along with his teacher, the drunken Fujisawa, Jinnai and sister--to the magical world of El-Hazard. They all get caught up in a war between the giant insect Bugroms and the Shadow Tribe and their two powerful demon gods. The Phantom Tribe has kidnapped Princess Rune Venus, and Jinnai and the Bugrom try to rescue her. Meanwhile, Ifurita must defeat her own demons before Jinnai forces her to kill Makoto Will Ifurita obey orders or will she trust her own consciousness?
