内容与midwife平时交流总结的和产前班学的差不多，有很多英美婴儿养育的常识，对于国内的妈妈来说也许更有帮助。方法科学，然而没办法按书严格执行，毕竟每个宝宝的情况不同。对我而言，最重要的是树立了宝宝三个月就能睡整觉的信心，实践下来在两个半月的时候就能一晚连睡9小时了。
