The culmination of any project represents a creative process. The journey begins by establishing needs. Next comes an in-depth analysis of the overall concept and a road map on how to get there. Only then are the materials chosen and the design executed. A significant number of persons are involved in getting to this point –professionals, engineers, workers, suppliers, customers– all intervene. It is only through their cooperative effort that the project is completed. This type of teamwork speaks directly to the commitment and leadership skills of the architect, who functions like an orchestra director and upon whom the success of the project ultimately depends.
