也不是說完全沒有價值，因為一個社區裏麵，總有比較睿智的人，這個綜閤而成的書，還是有一些好的點。但有兩個問題，比如一開始就預測房價不會全國範圍內暴跌，結果打臉，然後就是引用彆人的話，太頻繁，這個對一本書來說，不是好的展示方式
