有一點點酸葡萄的味道，有木有，top firm種種劣跡扒瞭一遍。但是mid size以上的，那個不是這樣？真正在這行裏頭，齣庭的律師還是少數。做非訴的案子，哪個不是靠壓榨手下，burning mid night oil掙錢。偏偏學這個的也賤，我曾聽一個兄弟自豪的說他一宿翻譯瞭多少多少字的閤同。唉，這年頭翻譯閤同的都是一口價瞭，沒人讓你計hours瞭，我知道不少公司都把這個交給翻譯社做瞭。其實書中寫的齷齪，在中國還是很多人非常期待的吧，做TMD一天legal research，實實在在的bill 十幾個hours再說。 Harvard的學生還是身在福中不知福啊！就欠把丫發配到長城哈弗去乾兩天，就知道能讓你多bill倆hours是多麼的幸福呀。
