哎呀，看了这本是还是有些失望的。没感觉到大法官做的这些法律推理有什么先进之处啊？这个翻译水平也是不敢恭维啊。就说把Tort翻译成“过失”来说吧，这样的错误页不至于犯啊？当然考虑到这是讲上世纪六七十年代的法律，这样的水平也还凑合吧。好多的制度其实中国也是有的啊？...

评分说实话，这本书不是我特别喜欢的类型，内容有些散，有很多案例，而且由于我们和英国的法系差别很大，虽然语言很通俗，但是其中的一些专业用语不是很好理解，比如说法院的宣告令、禁止令等等，不了解英国法律的人一般很难明白。 但是还是要说这本书是本好书。可以看作是了解法律...
