William Moon's heart swelled with pride when, at eleven, his daughter Maddy won the talent contest held by the Pierrots on Scarborough beach. Now seventeen, Maddy journeys around the North of England with Morgan's Melody Makers, topping the bill as 'Yorkshire's own songbird' and visiting places she has never been to before.
