經濟學界最經典和最前沿的製度經濟學和企業研究文獻匯編。現在不太喜歡看這種匯編書，主要是把論文和書籍切割選粹之後會顯得很不完整，作為一種入門索引是好的做法，要深入探討還是應當看全文。當然作為捷徑不錯，也有許多“名傢”作品之外的精彩文獻。倒是開頭一篇introduction很顯功底，關於企業性質和相關研究的框架、脈絡、對話都梳理得很清晰。不過似乎比較不爽科斯的製度經濟和財産權理論，特彆是對其企業內計劃和科層占優的論述批評較多，認為抹殺瞭企業的內部契約本質，較為偏嚮張五常等人推崇的企業內部契約和租值論。另外也有許多論文注意美歐企業管治體製上的差異。第四部分對資本市場、企業融資、控股結構和企業運作與偏好的論述，提供瞭許多基礎理論，應當可以對想從這方麵深入瞭解08年金融危機的讀者有所助益。
