New York magazine writer Felicia Storms loved Harrison, her fiancA(c), with her whole heart, only to have it brutally crushed when she discovered his infidelity. Building a life of work and friends around herself, she gave no thoughts of ever sharing her life with a man again. She eagerly accepted her new assignment of covering the annual sailing regatta in Tortola. Beautiful as well as intelligent, Felicia catches the eye of Tom Flagg, captain of the racing yacht Baldaragh.
