It is the time in the Mayan Calender called end of days. 2012 in our calendar. Dr Galley Pruitt, a young astronomer, discovers an ominous cloud of dense dust moving into our solar system. He finds that it will move between the Earth and the Sun, eclipsing our life giving light for months. He predicts 'The Endlight Event', an E.L.E (Extinction Level Event). Earth's SOS is transmitted into the cosmos from Arecibo's 1000 foot radio telescope. As the unrelenting darkness looms, an eccentric California billionaire executes his plan to save the Earth's life with a futuristic Noah's Ark deep underground. A response to our SOS seems to be arriving, but not from Earth. Disturbing revelations come from the Earth, the Ark and the Cosmos. As the Earth's atmosphere freezes the Ark witnesses mysterious murders, a suicide and finally a power failure. And the sky yields a king of celestial intelligence.
