When Alice finds herself in the rapidly downward spiral of Alzheimer's Disease she is just fifty years old. A university professor, wife, and mother of three, she still has so much more to do - books to write, places to see, grandchildren to meet. But when she can't remember how to make her famous Christmas pudding, when she gets lost in her own back yard, when she fails to recognise her actress daughter after a superb performance, she comes up with a desperate plan. 题目起得好烂。。。 --------- 书听了三天，然后又找电影来看，当然是喜欢，才会这样。 喜欢书胜过电影，书的故事虽然平淡，但常有隽永的地方。可能因为先看过书，再看电影总觉得只是片段剪辑，虽然每个片段本身都拍得不错，但缺乏内中涌动的暗流和线索，无法连缀起所有的时刻...

评分无论有没有在读这本书，我总是不由自主地不同时刻地沉浸在此书里，我觉得难过压抑无可奈何甚至会无声哭泣，我想起了我的爸爸妈妈，如果他们得了老年痴呆症，他们在发现的过程中会不会像爱丽丝一样焦虑难堪耻辱无力暴躁愤怒得不到理解甚至有一种抑郁的征兆，他们也会感觉孤独吗...
评分这本书出于2009年初，不曾想年底的诺贝尔物理学奖就颁给了一位Alzheimer症患者，光纤之父高锟。诺奖公布之时，有传言高锟已患老年痴呆。看到电视上的采访，一定另所有人唏嘘不已。而我又被带到小说中描述的故事，想起当时读得我泪流满面的情景。很感人，而且很真实。
