Clifton City has much gang-related crime, making it a very difficult city to control. Things get even worse when city officials decide to do away with two existing police stations, leaving only one to run the show. The men and women of the Clifton City Police Department soon enter into a struggle between family, work, and sanity. A new gang leader, Tyrome Woods, comes to town and he is unlike anything the police have ever seen. As an ex-Navy SEAL, Tyrome quickly gains respect on the street with his fierce tactics. His ultimate dream is to unite the gangs and take over the last precinct. Thus, the stage is set for the largest battle between police and gangsters that the world has ever seen. Will the police, who uphold justice and peace, win? Or will the cruel and harsh ways of the street life become victorious? Which side are you on?
