The 'relativity' in this title refers to playwright Jerry Cohagan's recollections of childhood and growing up--whether real or imagined. The three one-acts and monologue in this collection have a common denominator: relationships that transcend age. Jerry's most popular script in this work is 'The Ark'--an intergenerational story that takes place in and out of a canoe. Of equal weight are the two plays, 'The Dalton Gang' and 'From the Heart.' The first dealing with youth's acceptance of old age; the second with reconciliation. Because of Jerry's persona as a comedian, don't ignore his dramatic works.
