戴雪（A.V. Dicey，1835—1922），19世纪英国著名的法学家与史学家，在思想上深受边沁自由主义和功利主义的影响。因精通英国普通法并深谙英国法律史，于1882年被选为牛津大学瓦伊纳英国法讲座（Vinerian Chair）教授。

戴雪的代表著作有：《英宪精义》（1885）、《论冲突法》（1896）、《19世纪英国的法律与公共舆论》（1905）以及《英国反对爱尔兰自治法的理由》（1920）等。其中，《英宪精义》是戴雪获得学术盛名的著作，被公认为了解英国宪法精髓的启蒙读物。
