一本值得翻譯的好書。八五年齣的，教父接受史的經典，非常紮實、嚴謹、耐讀，所有外文都帶有翻譯，多圖。文藝復興時期的一手材料掌握很全，讀著覺得目不暇接，當然中世紀那一章也好。每章寫一個時期，但角度都有變化。總的感覺就是，這個話題不用再寫瞭，要寫隻能談得更細。
