Murders in the Nursery are about a famous but psychologically crazed female neurological surgeon. Murders begin to occur in the surgical nursery of University Hospital of children either just coming from surgery or being prepared for neurosurgical procedures, two young residents in training, one in pediatrics, Dr. Melanie Sweet, and the other in neurosurgery, Dr. Isaac Newton Castle team up to find the perpetrator. Eventually they fall in love, discover the murderer and then must act as witnesses in the trial that takes a surprising turn that neither the defense nor the plaintiff's attorney ever imagined.
