在Audible上听的第一本书，删减版，所以后来又读了全书。有些地方感觉主观性较强，不知道是真是假，毕竟是自传，难免带些自我辩解的色彩，但字里行间能感觉到起码涉及到作者本人的感情流露，都还是真实的。但之前对工党了解不多，所以这么一出政治幕后大戏看起来还是挺有意思、挺新鲜的。第一次对97-07的新工党有了一个比较细致的了解。作为两任首相最重要的辅佐者之一，PM对很多事件都有着独特的见解和解读。最让我印象深刻的，是作者对工党坚定的忠诚和作为政治家极强的工作能力。有声书是Peter Mandelson本人读的，声音很舒服。
