重读：还是Will x Tessa党。虽然Jem也很好还是我半个老乡。但是注定炮灰男二。Will又荒唐又深情，妥妥男一配置。建议搭配 “Silence”by before you exit 来阅读

故事情节设计的很不错，有些地方出现反转让整个故事不会落入俗套，作为同样奇幻类的小说，这个真的比暮光之城好太多。有些遗憾明明will跟gem这一对美男组合更配，为啥又改成大家都喜欢女主的俗套情节～可能因为是系列的第一部，女主有啥神力以及她的身世都没交代清楚～

几乎有点蒸汽朋克的意思了，伦敦的坏天气和地理环境描写也都很到位，果然作者是做过功课的，反转布置得不错呀，没有太多腻腻歪歪的puppy love废话，但节奏是可以再快一点的（读完回想一下主角和重要配角的前史是一个都不知道啊（CP好犹豫的就不站了，但要站上海人Jem哈哈
