评分清华经管专业课公共财政学的教材。编写深入浅出，容易理解，当然相应的缺点就是比较啰嗦，对于想要快速学习的人而言读完全本可能有些浪费时间，可以跳着看。
评分这学期public economics的唯一一本参考教材，看了一多半儿，写了二十几页笔记，感觉一般。因为比课件难度小很多，所以给个三星吧。
