评分開篇之作，非常精彩。與美國總統結下血誓的吸血鬼，作為美國的守護者，防禦從黑暗世界來的威脅。誓約保護美國總統與總統指定的聯係人。作者的手法非常精巧，從不同的POV來塑造吸血鬼Nathaniel Cade的形象。配角也非常有魅力，從變態的Frankenstein醫生，到性格對比鮮明的前任和現任聯係人，用I'm not afraid of you.來錶白的吸血鬼女朋友。好想看這部的電影或者劇啊。
