The Mathematical Universe 在線電子書 著者簡介
William Dunham 世界知名的數學史專傢，現為美國穆倫堡學院教授。他筆耕不輟，著述頗豐，較有影響的著作還有Journey Through Genius: The Great Theorems of Mathematics和The Calculus Gallery: Masterpieces from Newton to Lebesgue（《微積分的曆程：從牛頓到勒貝格》，中文版已由人民郵電齣版社齣版）。Dunham教授分彆於1992年、1997年、2006年獲得美國數學協會頒發的George Polya奬、Trevor Evans 奬和Lester R. Ford奬。
