2. Permission - People follow because they want to.
3. Production - People follow because of what you have done for the organization.
4. People Development - People follow because of what you have done for them personally.
5. Pinnacle - People follow because of who you are and what you represent.

怎么说呢？书和理论其实不错，大多也不是什么大不了的道理，实践才是重点，书本身又稍微有点教条的赶脚。。。

评分Maxwell 先生演讲与管理咨询工作， 形成了他的演讲风格的书， 简洁明了，故事深入浅出！ 我已经读了十多本英文版， 一方面练英语； 二来学习提升软实力???? 原本计划读完先生写的所有书， 可惜只能买到十几本！ 以后找到再读其他！
评分没啥用。写那么厚干嘛。
评分说实话很失望了，我觉得告诉我五个level是挺好的知识，但是有三个比较严重的问题，第一我觉得会让我看leaders现在变得很judgemental，actiaonable items在这本书中并不是重点，而且看完之后我记得的真的不多；第二整本书写的太烦了，重复超级多根本不用写到那么长；第三这个人得writing style真的是让我不喜欢，老是quote一些有的没的相关程度不大，看了就让我觉得是为了quote而quote，而且assume了level1的leader有bad personalities，让我觉得很不舒服。反正我还没做领导这本书可能也不是很适合我
