作者就是那种旧凯恩斯主义渗透进大脑皮层每个细胞的人。整本书观点陈旧落伍，结构混乱臃肿，内容上充斥着有萨缪尔森时代特色的种种伪证明，巧妙地忽略掉了宏观经济学领域三十年来的每一项理论成果。
