這本是歐文重口路數當中更為重口的，寫得最好的無疑是少年時代那部分，盡管“我的朋友們都死瞭”纔是本書主旨。

看完瞭。結尾有些匆忙，意猶未盡。整體來說沒有Widow for One year 好。／很好看，很有Widow for One Year之風。不像大部分歐文開頭那麼慢。從第一頁第一段就很引人入勝，看到60%瞭，欲罷不能。
