作者是射击出身，教过很多领域的学员，看起来高尔夫方面经验最丰富，开始的例子集中在射击和高尔夫，这两个都是我不太熟悉的运动，开始看起来有点走神。后面就容易懂很多，和WOOP还蛮像的，但是实操性更强，里面很多错误的思维方式正是我平时“擅长”的，并且不断给自己强化的，想想还挺震惊的
