非常喜歡。一個YouTube上的psych博主推薦的，沒想到作者是西雅圖的，the stranger, arboretum, Denny way are such familiar names. 主要講作者comes to terms with her bipolar diagnosis. 畫風可愛 敘事流暢 會推薦給任何對mental health感興趣的朋友。

這是作者關於自己患上和如何對待兩極性精神病（躁狂和抑鬱交替）的自傳，講到很多天纔都患有這個病（自殺率很高），作者不想自殺所以主動尋求治療，但又擔心服藥會影響到她的創造性。這是一部很誠實的自傳，紀錄下她兩極情緒發作時的真實感受，在不同藥物中不斷嘗試中的無奈，還有自己平時的吸食大麻的習慣（最後發現這個有影響到她精神病藥物的療效），傢裏和朋友間的理解與支持。最後兩章很精彩，做Sketchnote或Mindmap的可以參考參考。一句話總結，這是一位勇敢的女性對自己內心，軟弱和強大的忠實紀錄。

躁鬱癥的「躁」「鬱」有幾頁畫麵上不錯：一個“點”時間，一團噴薄雜亂的“想法” vs. 一天，簡筆，由床趴到沙發。糾結治/不治，一定程度放棄瞭情緒可視化。過多文字描述，讓人覺得似乎可惜瞭這媒介的情緒錶達潛力。好在文字並不單薄，背景調查足夠詳細具體，加上身為患者又掏瞭誠心。
