鞦風，學者，現居北京。已齣版譯著《財産、法律與政府―巴斯夏政治經濟學文粹》、《哈耶剋與古典自由主義》（貴州人民齣版社）、《知識分子為什麼反對自由市場》、《資本主義與曆史學傢》、《反資本主義的心態》（吉林人民齣版社）。並發錶瞭大量經濟評論文章。目前主要從事古典自由主義理論與奧地利學派經濟學的譯介、研究。
