评分第一次完整读完一本原版小说,真的花了不少时间。一个美国人讲一个中国故事,1931年出版之后,拿到普利策奖和诺贝尔文学奖,80多年后依旧畅销,这使我产生了极大的好奇,从而拿起书来一探究竟。珀尔·布克夫人(赛珍珠)说:我只会写我所了解的,而我只了解中国,因为我一直住在那儿。
