科馬剋·麥卡锡Cormac McCarthy（1933— ），美國作傢、劇作傢。生於美國羅得島州。一九三七年隨傢遷至田納西州諾剋斯維爾。一九五一至一九五二年於田納西大學主修文科。一九五三年，加入美國空軍，服役四年。一九五七年重返田納西大學，期間在學生報紙上發錶瞭兩篇短篇小說。一九六一年，麥卡锡舉傢遷移至芝加哥，在那裏寫下瞭他的第一部小說《果園守門人》。
