本書主要是在講供應鏈管理中物料管理的基本概念，計算都很基礎、方法也比較簡單。大部分內容以前都學過或者簡單涉及過，所以讀起來有種當時看CFA Level 1課本的感覺，就是不讀會有一些東西不知道，花時間讀瞭之後又覺得這些東西太簡單。
