第一次读这么……【不好读】的书。因为豆瓣说中译本不怎么好读，所以我直接找了这个版本来读。第一章就很沉闷，是豆瓣评分支持着我读完了这本书，并且忍住没有提前把片子翻出来看了。作者的风格应该就是这样，不想废话的地方都很直接地跳过，因此读起来非常生硬……不过也可以感觉到译者的润色。在描述对索拉里斯星上各种formations时，用的单词都太生僻了，但反而比主线部分的对话读起来自然。后来看评论说确实英文译者有再创作的嫌疑。但总的来说这本书的思想是深刻的，读完对存在的意义更加迷茫了。Finis vitae sed non amoris，is a lie.

斯坦尼斯拉夫.莱姆，1921年9月12日出生于洛辅（雷姆堡）。1939年至1941年和1944年至1948年分别学习医学、哲学、科学方法学和控制论;在1941年至1944年的德国占领期间，他做过汽车装配工。刚刚毕业，他就开始了写作，先是写诗，随后又写中篇小说，自1950年起开始写长篇小说，此外还为电台和电视台写了大量作品，还有大量文学批评、哲学、控制论和科普文章。现今生活在克拉考。
