沒有那麼難堪，但確實感覺不夠係統欸

除瞭事實的部分都沒什麼看點，作品解讀怕主要是作者自己的成果，新批評的方法來解讀薩德完全無營養，可能部分是薩德部分是這個作者，這書看得我很焦躁，需要一部純良的現實主義小說來緩解一下...

作者對古希臘悲劇、舊約神話、康德倫理學等內容的引入十分可疑；對巴塔耶、尼采、盧梭等人的援引流於錶麵；藉助精神分析與女性主義的詮釋則又難免落俗。總之要瞭解薩德根本不用讀這本書（直接用《閨房哲學》或其他文本來進入反倒更直接、清晰；進階的研究，比如說，可以直接讀作者反復引用的Angela Carter）。部分問題見讀書筆記，總的來說隻是（閱讀量較廣的）本科生水平（可能還是低年級本科生）。
