Nature as the Siren Song.
评分I thought Tempest is about man vs something to powerful to oppose, but it's not. Easy to read, easy to forget
评分Shakespeare’s last romance also ends his career as a tyrant who forfeits his magic and as an artist who loses his control of art. Between master and slave, Shakespeare sees that the only way to freedom isn’t to have it all but to give it all. After all, closing you eyes, you might hear the music of the spheres yourself!
评分How beauteous mankind is! O brave new world, That has such people in't! Prospero was coming with grief and sorrow, but all dissolved into love and mercy for his daugther in the end. None was hurt in his great charm.
评分Nature as the Siren Song.
