这本书的观点有很多值得商榷的地方，如果TNC是市场力量的延伸，那么国际组织是否可以看做是国家权力的另一种形态呢？意识形态上的权力制衡其实一直都在，只是国家力量退化的不够彻底，这使得国际组织的力量并未得到充分发挥。不论如何，对于Susan Strange 的崇拜是毋庸置疑的！！！
评分很有意思 可以跟John Agnew讲的Globalization&Sovereignty和Lentner讲的Indispensable State对比着看这三个人处理"political power"的角度
