這本書的觀點有很多值得商榷的地方，如果TNC是市場力量的延伸，那麼國際組織是否可以看做是國傢權力的另一種形態呢？意識形態上的權力製衡其實一直都在，隻是國傢力量退化的不夠徹底，這使得國際組織的力量並未得到充分發揮。不論如何，對於Susan Strange 的崇拜是毋庸置疑的！！！
評分很有意思 可以跟John Agnew講的Globalization&Sovereignty和Lentner講的Indispensable State對比著看這三個人處理"political power"的角度
