In Dancers, Peggy Roalf leads readers on a personal gallery tour of nineteen favorite paintings of dancers. From the work of an unknown Roman artist to Brueghel, Degas, Toulouse-Lautrec, and others, each artist's vision and interpretation of the dance is singular.
