评分略微廢話瞭一些，然後有些部分其實看不齣"simplify"成分，隻是作者一直在強調"one simple way to look at it..."，結果上還是不simple！但總體來說還是不錯的書。
评分終於把這本書陸陸續續地看完瞭。德國人的思維就是縝密與嚴謹，嚴肅中不缺乏幽默。正如作者在章末所說的，這本書不是讓你從此生活中沒有煩惱、沒有問題、沒有失敗，而是，你不再用之前的眼光去看待生活。在事情真正發生的時候，你可以去遇見壞的結果，you know how bad it's going to get, you learn how to cope with your problems, you understand how to stay in control of your life.
