考研時，這本書國內翻譯版到瞭第九版，英文影印版可能有更新的，但是影印版看著不舒服，所以在圖書館找英文原版，圖書館最新的原版是第八版，也就是這一本。所以當時考研復習用的是這本書加翻譯版第九版，大概是把英文的看瞭三遍，中文的看瞭五遍，幾乎都背下來瞭。

還算是簡單明瞭的一本管理學教科書，例子太美國化，不容易理解！
