有讲具体操作方法，但是是很早以前的书了，2004年的，许多方法需要更新

实验室里藏的是2001年的，略旧了些。书中说的RNA二级结构预测里mfold这个软件早就更新了，连名字都更新成了unafold。不过另外提到的维也纳软件包倒是一直在用。后来自己虽然会用这玩意，但是原理和算法什么的着实不懂。
