其實不推薦，文風略奇怪。。。

實驗室裏藏的是2001年的，略舊瞭些。書中說的RNA二級結構預測裏mfold這個軟件早就更新瞭，連名字都更新成瞭unafold。不過另外提到的維也納軟件包倒是一直在用。後來自己雖然會用這玩意，但是原理和算法什麼的著實不懂。
